How it works

We take real situations apart: Maxim shows how he thinks about a deal from an experienced flipper's point of view

You share experience with the others: you also see the deals, the mistakes and the decisions of the other participants

You leave with specific next steps: the point isn't inspiration, it's knowing what to do next

Who is Maxim →

A book hands you know-how. A course walks you through the process and gives you the tools. Mentoring goes further still: you bring a specific situation and we take it apart together. Not against some universal template, but according to what you and the other people in the group are actually dealing with.

Places at each session are limited. The date depends on how many people are interested and on Maxim's time, which is why it's arranged individually through an enquiry.

01Je mentoring individuální?

Nejde o individuální mentoring jeden na jednoho. Probíhá v malé skupině několika flipařů. Každý ale dostane prostor řešit svoje konkrétní otázky, obchody a situace.

02Musím už mít za sebou flip?

Ne. Flip za sebou mít nemusíš, ale měl bys mít základní znalosti o flipování a konkrétní důvod, proč chceš mentoring absolvovat. Největší hodnotu ti přinese, pokud už řešíš vlastní obchod, příležitost nebo konkrétní situaci.

03Co když právě žádný flip nemám?

I tak může mentoring dávat smysl, pokud řešíš konkrétní obchod, příležitost nebo rozhodnutí. Do poptávky nám napiš, co právě řešíš.

04Je mentoring online?

Ne. Setkání probíhá osobně u mě na sídle.

05Kdy jsou termíny?

Vyplň poptávkový formulář na téhle stránce. Do pár hodin se ti ozve můj tým s bližšími informacemi. Termín se pak odvíjí od počtu zájemců a volného času.
