Na co se lidi ptají nejčastěji
How much money do I need to start?
None at the start beyond the price of a book. You need capital only once you want to buy a property. But there is also a path where you buy nothing at all – sourcing. A deal sourcer finds well-priced properties and passes them on for a fee.
Do I need a real estate agent's licence?
No. An agent's licence is for someone who brokers a deal as a service. A deal sourcer passes on a business opportunity, a flipper buys and sells in their own name. You do of course have to pay tax on the income.
How long before I know my way around?
The basics – terminology, the Land Registry, how a purchase runs – take a few evenings with a book. Telling a good opportunity from a bad one takes dozens of viewings, so weeks rather than days.
Should I start with a book, or go straight to the course?
With a book. The course is a complete flipping system and makes sense once you know you want to flip and have the capital for it. Until you're sure, there's no point paying tens of thousands for something you don't yet know you'll do.
What if I find out it isn't for me?
That's a result too, and a cheap one. That is exactly why we start with a book for a few hundred and not with a course. Real estate isn't for everyone and it's better to find that out after two evenings of reading than after a year and a half.
